Felitto’s fusillo is produced only in the homonymous municipality, in the province of Salerno.
The ingredients are durum wheat flour and locally produced eggs, a little salt, a glass of water, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil always locally produced. It is made entirely by hand by the women of the country who give shape to the pasta using a very fine iron: a centuries-old tradition, handed down orally from mother to daughter until today.
